Just nu är jag hos min Mamma som bor utanför Gävle. Och alltid när jag kommer hit vill hon att jag lagar mat åt henne (eller oss då). Själv lagar hon inte mat längre, är inte roligt längre. Men när jag kommer då fixar jag till nåt gott. Så också den här gången.
Dagens middag består av: Kycklingklubbor på en bädd av rotsaker (Rotselleri, Palsternacka, Kålrot och morötter). Kryddade med havssalt, svart och vitpeppar, rosmarin och en skvätt balsamvinäger. Serveras med körsbärstomater i balsamvinäger och en dutt Creme Fraiche.
Efterrätt är mitt eget recept på Gotländsk Saffrans Pannkaka, som serveras med drottningsylt (Finns inte att få tag i Salmbärssylt här!) och vispad grädde.
Som en del av er vet har jag gjort en kokbok som min döttrar fått på sina 18årsdagar. Jag kommer så småningom påbörja en ny kokbok, när jag får lust igen.
